رحل عن عالمنا منذ قليل الفنان الكبير يوسف شعبان عن عمر يناهز 90 عاما ، وذلك بعد أيام من إصابته بفيروس كورونا المستجد COVID-19 .
وكان قد تم نقل الفنان يوسف شعبان إلى أحد مستشفيات الدقي لتلقي العلاج ، وبعد تدهور حالته الصحية تم وضعه على أجهزة التنفس في العناية المركزة في مستشفى العجوزة .
وكتب عزوز عادل عبر حسابه على الفيس بوك : “البقاء لله تنعى نقابة المهن التمثيلية وفاة الفنان الكبير يوسف شعبان،رحم الله الفقيد والهم اهله وجمهوره الصبر والسلوان”.
من الجدير بالذكر أن آخر أعمال الفنان يوسف شعبان كانت من خلال فيلم ” المشخصاتي 2 ” منذ 5 سنوات حيث قدم شخصية اللواء محسن ممتاز من جديد ، وهو من بطولة تامر عبدالمنعم إيمي سالم، بدرية طلبة، إنتصار، أحمد عبد الوارث، عبد الله مشرف، ليلى عزب العرب ، وهو من تأليف تامر عبدالمنعم ومحمد أبو سيف، وإخراج محمد أبوسيف .
