انضمت الفنانة يسراإلى حملة “لا للعنصرية” التي شارك فيها عدد كبير من النجوم في الوطن العربي وفي العالم، وكتبت يسرا عبر حسابها الرسمي على انستجرام “ضد العنصرية اتجاه اي روح من خلق الله”.
وتابعت “لقد خلقنا الله بدون تفضيلات.. في خلقه لم يكن هناك مكان للعنصرية ولا يهم لون بشرتنا..المساواة هي روح الحرية و في الواقع لا توجد حرية بدونها”.
وجاء ذلك بعد مقتل الشاب الأمريكي جورج فلويد صاحب البشرة السمراء، على يد مجموعة من رجال الشرطة، ليصبح العالم على صفيح ساخن بعدها.
وسيطر اللون الاسود على صفحات النجوم، فضلا عن الرسائل المؤثرة التي تندد بالعنصرية، بينما شارك عدد من النجوم العالميين في الاحتجاجات التي اندلعت في أمريكا بعد الحادي.
