أعلن منظمو الحفل السنوي لتوزيع جوائز جولدن جلوب للسينما والتلفزيون، عن تأجيل موعد حفل توزيع جوائز جولدن جلوب في نسخته الـ 78، من شهر ينايير 2021 إلى فبراير 2021.
ويأتي ذلك بعد قرار تأجيل جوائز الأوسكار، الأشهر عالميا في صناعة السينما، وتدرس الأكاديمية تقديم حفلها العالمي مع مراعاة الإجراءات الوقائية، كما قرر القائمون على حفل الجوائز “بافتا” تأجيل الحفل إلى 11 إبريل 2021.
وكان صناعة السينما تأثرت بشكل كبير منذ انتشار فيروس كورونا، وتوقف عدد كبير الأعمال العالمية، فضلا عن تأجيل طرح عدد من الأفلام المنتظرة.
